When placing an order through our website, you agree that:-

  2. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • The payment cards and account have sufficient funds to cover the goods.

When you are making a purchase from us it is vital that you do not schedule any installation work until your products have arrived and checked. Zen Interiors will not accept any responsibility for rescheduling or costs incurred from the relevant trades persons

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order. When you place an order, this indicates that you have read & accepted our terms and conditions.  We would advise that you read the terms and conditions carefully.  Before your order can be completed you will be asked to agree to theses terms and conditions.  In the unlikely event that you do not agree to the terms and conditions, unfortunately, you will not be able to order from our site.

All order are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to correct any errors found on our website. If for any reason, we are unable to supply the goods that you have ordered, i.e. the goods are not in stock or an error in within the pricing on our website, we will contact you using the contact details provided. You will be given the option of amending your order to include an alternative product that is available from stock. Alternatively, we will refund the purchase price of the out of stock or incorrectly prices goods where payment has already been made.

To order goods through our website you must be over the age of 18 years old and able to accept delivery within the UK only.



All specifications, descriptive matter and images on our site are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.  Although we try our best to make these as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the goods, therefore these are a guide only.

Although we aim to provide accurate product dimensions & descriptions, we reserve the right to alter or amend any details without prior notice. All dimensions are nominal. Errors & omissions accepted.


We will deliver the goods to the address specified by you at time of ordering.  It is very important that the address provided at the time of ordering is accurate; this is your responsibility to provide the correct information when ordering. Zen Interiors will not accept any responsibility for any wrong information provided by the purchaser.

We aim to deliver your goods within 7-10 days.  However, by accepting our terms and conditions, you accept some goods may take longer due to fluctuating stock levels from our suppliers/manufacturers.  All delivery dates given are always provisional.  Whilst we will try our best to meet the delivery date estimates we have given, we shall not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods within these timeframes.

When goods are to be delivered and a delivery date has been arranged, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available & is 18 years or over to sign for the goods.  Please check goods upon delivery. Do not sign for any goods until you are satisfied there is no obvious courier damage.  In the case of pallet deliveries please check all goods carefully and in the unlikely event of any damage, please return the damaged goods to the driver and do not take receipt of good items. By signing for the products on delivery, you are accepting responsibility and that the goods are in good condition & you are happy to accept the items. It is very important to note that, all deliveries are kerb side delivery only; this will be at the driver’s discretion. For larger items / pallets, it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is adequate person & access to accept any delivery. Zen Interiors we will not accept responsibility for any delivery refused due to access issues. In such circumstances Zen Interiors reserve the right to change you a cancellation charge

Although we pride ourselves on offering a free delivery service, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this for all postcodes.  Although we use various large courier companies to deliver all our products, unfortunately there is various postcodes that are omitted from there delivery routes. If your postcode is one of these postcodes, we will contact you to advise you of this and a full refund will be given. In some circumstances, an additional delivery charge may be offered to arrange special delivery. You will be required to pay this charge prior to your order being dispatched. Your order will not be completed until this charge has been paid.



This does not affect your legal rights, and further advice can be obtained from the Citizens Advice Bureau or trading Standards.

If you wish to cancel an order please inform us by email at info@zen-interiors.co.uk.  To help us deal with this smoothly please include your name, address, order number, date of order, and details of cancellation. If you choose to cancel the order 24 hours prior to delivery then you will incur a £30 admin charge.

We can only accept cancellations up to 14 days after delivery (goods that are supplied as special orders cannot be cancelled, or returned).  Authorised returns reported after 14 days will be subject to discretionary re-stocking charge.  Refunds for goods within 14 days will be refunded within 14 days.  Where goods have been damaged whilst in your possession or returned with tape and labels on the box, we shall not be obliged to accept the return of those goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that the goods are available for re-collection or re-delivery for which you shall be liable for any reasonable delivery charges occurred.

We will refund you via the same means of payment as you used to pay for the goods.

Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.  If the goods cannot be returned by post, then we recommend that you use the same courier that delivered the goods to you, the cost should not exceed the amount we charged you.

We will not accept returns if any the original packaging is damaged or has been opened.
